As part of the Instructor and Coaching pathway, Yachting Association of India has developed a  structured Assistant Instructor / Senior Instructor program. Ideally, Yachting Association of India's Instructors and Coaches will progress through the schemes from undertaking the course, to becoming an assistant instructor followed by becoming an  senior instructor and then to coaching, should they wish.
