During the process of the course you will work through the Senior Instructor Workbook and will also be required to fill out a diary of your experiences whilst you are being mentored. The Assessment Procedure
Before you are assessed for the Senior Instructor qualification, you will need to undergo a practical assessment in each of the National Training Schemes for which you require endorsement. The final assessment will be carried outby the YAI's Training Manager.
